RayaLife Return Policy

At RayaLife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pickleball products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible, and we proudly offer a satisfaction guarantee.

Return Period:

  • Standard Returns: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a full refund or exchange.
  • Holiday Purchases: For items purchased between November 1st and December 31st, the return period extends to the end of February.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within the specified return period for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked!

Return Rules Summary:

  • Returns Accepted: 60 days from purchase date.
  • Flat Rate Return Shipping: $5.00 for return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for return.

How to Return:

  2. Prepare Your Package: Safely pack the item with its original packaging and any included accessories.
  3. Shipping: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. The $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the flat rate shipping fee and restocking fee.

Exclusions:

  • Gift cards and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
